Receiving Your Freight — Please Read
- Count the pieces and make sure they match the delivery receipt.
- Check every item and pallet for visible damage.
- If anything is damaged or missing, write it on the delivery receipt before signing (for example, “2 cartons damaged”).
- Take photos of the damage and packaging.
- Contact us within 2 business days at (866) 216-7996 or contact@pro-storagesolutions.com.
Signing for a shipment “clean” (with no damage noted) means the carrier considers it delivered in good condition, which can make a damage claim difficult or impossible. Noting damage protects you — and lets us fix the problem fast.
