Order Cancellations and Returns

  1. Cancellation Window:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed with no charges, and a full refund will be issued.
  2. Order Processing Fee:

    • Orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour window will be subject to a $50 order processing fee.
  3. Shipped Orders:

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will fall under our return policy.

  1. Return Shipping:

    • Return shipping for items shipped in error or damaged in transit will be covered by Pro-storagesolutions.com.
    • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  2. Authorized Returns:

    • Authorized returns are allowed within 30 days from the order ship date.
    • Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.
    • Authorized returns are subject to a shipping and restock fee of 25%.
  3. Authorized Return Requests (Order Value Under $50):

    • Authorized return requests with an order value under $50 will incur a flat $15 shipping/restock fee.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned goods are repackaged in accordance with UPS packaging guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or forfeiture of credit/refund.

We have a strict no-returns policy for custom products that deviate from the standard “out of the box” descriptions listed. Custom orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after the order has been placed.
