Many products are available in additional colors and with options like covers, casters, stencils or molded-in logos. Request a quote with what you need. Note that custom orders are final sale.

Quick Ship items ship in 48–72 hours. Other items typically ship in 1–6 weeks depending on the manufacturer and options. We confirm the expected ship date after you order.

Small parts and accessories ship by ground parcel. Most carts and bins ship by LTL freight truck. Large orders may ship by dedicated truck.

Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in your quote. Services like liftgate, residential or limited-access delivery may add cost — let us know when you order.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a $50 processing fee applies. Shipped orders can’t be cancelled and fall under our return policy.

Authorized returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date and are subject to a 25% shipping and restocking fee ($15 flat for orders under $50). Custom products are final sale. See our Returns policy for full details.

Submit the request form on our Returns page. We’ll review it and send return instructions — returns must be authorized before shipping back.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Note damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 2 business days. If we shipped the wrong item or it was damaged in transit, we cover return shipping.

Poly carts are seamless, tough and easy to clean — best for heavy daily use. Vinyl basket carts are lighter with a fabric-style basket on a frame. Wire carts are open and ventilated, so you can see contents and damp linens can breathe. Shop laundry carts.

Both measure capacity. One bushel is about 1.25 cubic feet, so a 16-bushel truck holds roughly 20 cu ft. One cubic yard (used for tilt trucks) is 27 cubic feet.

Vented bins allow airflow for cooling fresh produce. Solid bins contain liquids and small or loose items — better for processing, washing and wet product. Shop harvest bins.

2-way containers can be picked up by a forklift or pallet jack from two sides; 4-way containers from all four sides, which is easier in tight aisles and busy docks.

When bins ship back empty or need to be stored when not in use. Collapsible containers fold down to save floor space and return-freight costs. Shop collapsible containers.
