How to Choose a Bulk Delivery Cart
Start with capacity
Our bulk delivery carts range from 33 to 84 cubic feet. The 36–48 cu ft size is the most common choice for hotels and healthcare laundries, large enough for a full linen run but still easy for one person to push. Measure your doorways and elevators
Most carts in this category are 26" to 31" wide and fit through standard commercial doors. The 60 and 84 cu ft models are 42" wide, so check door and elevator openings before ordering. Every product lists its full dimensions in the table above.
Pick the right duty level
Some models come in light, medium and heavy duty. Choose heavy duty for wet linen, all-day use, or rough floors and ramps; light duty is fine for dry goods and shorter routes.
Choose your casters
Two rigid and two swivel casters track straight on long hallway runs. All-swivel casters turn in place, which helps in tight laundry rooms and elevators. Many carts offer both, along with 5" or 6" wheels.
Look for the features you need
